Hopefully, Spring is back in Milwaukee. Perhaps the grass will grow, flowers will pop out of the ground, birds will return to the area and people will be happy again. When it gets warm outside, it is good to be able to take a long walk and enjoy the fresh air. More outdoor activities will begin soon. Spring cleaning is just around the corner. It is time to get a car wash to remove some of the salt and grime from the winter from your car. Summer gasolene will return to the gas pumps and you will get better mileage for your car. Golf, tennis, softball, basketball, volleyball and other warm weather sports will start up soon. Sign up now at your Milwaukee Recreation Center to enter some of these sports as a player. Enjoy our parks and look at the scenery there. On the third Saturday in June, the South Shore Farmers Market will begin a new season. Enjoy yourself, it is later than you think.
