My name is Kristan T. Harris. I have run for political office and have worked a political grass roots campaign for Ron Paul. I was nominated and elected to the GOP platform committee in 2012. I am a huge advocate for liberty and freedom.I am a libertarian at heart. I am also a news junkie and love a good mystery.
So first I would like to explain to you how real Agend 21 is. I was nominated and elected to the Republican Platform Committee and states all over the country are writing platforms against it. At first it looks in the words of late author Douglas Adams "Mostly Harmless" . Looking to conserve power, add bike lanes and a sensible green agenda. But let me tell you what the real agenda is. Its called Communitarianism. This is a direct attack on individual rights and liberties. As many may know i stopped seeing red and blue politics but now look at all politics as Tyranny Vs. Freedom. There are good people of all walks of life. I have done research and read books on the subject and I encourage you to buy and read " Behind The Green Mask: U. N. Agenda 21" by Liberal author Rosa Koire.
Ok, So what is Agenda 21 and why should I care?
Anywhere you turn in the last 10 years you hear the catch phrases 'Sustainable Development' and 'Smart Growth' and 'high density urban mixed use development' . Do you ever wonder where these terms came from? Prior to Ten years ago you never heard of these terms. Is it just chance that every nation, state, county, city and town are changing their land use planning codes and government policies to align themselves with it? I will let you decide.
Now I want to make it clear I am not against intelligent energy use, alternative energy options, recycle/reuse and rational sensibility to animal life. These issues should be a priority. Its where the global lobbyists influence comes in where the twilight zone begins.
Plans and policies for cities are always changing. If one thing in life is constant it is change. But it is very important to know where these policies are coming from. Most people know the United Nations for their peacemaking efforts around the world. However, most do not know that they have an agenda to implement very specific land use policies to be implemented in every town, city and state using your taxpayer money. The plan is called Sustainable Development U.N. Agenda 21 which foundation is based off of communitarianism.
Sounding almost twilight zone like it basically is a plan that calls for the governments to take control of all land use and will not leave any decision making abilities to private property owners all over the United States Of America using gaslighting and misinformation. It states essentially that private owners are worse stewards of their land than the government and that the government will do a better job if in control. As we know the government is the WORST steward of the earth. As private companies are held accountable by audits and regulations the government barely if ever is held accountable for its actions leaving the environment usually in shambles.
Individual rights are to be given away to the best interest of the community as decided by a globalist governing body. For example if you don't mow your lawn your breaking the law, community curfews, rights becoming privileges, requiring a permit for a garden. Collect rain water you will end up jail in 17 states as Fox News Reports. . The Bill calls for lowering the standard of living for all Americans so people in very poor countries can have more and redistribute the wealth world wide. Sound like whats happening globally doesn't it? You will see this plan is being put in play world wide as countries are crumbling all over.
Americans in general world wide are looked upon in a very negative way globally and the idea is we need to be brought down to the world average. Sustainable development = dependency. Think im kidding? Its in the bill!
UN Agenda 21 received its real push in 1992 by George H. W. Bush at the United Nations earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro where George and 178 other nations signed onto this. Because it is a 'soft' law it did not need to be ratified by Congress. President Clinton, a year later began to implement it by creating the Presidents Council of Sustainable Development. People wonder why i think there is no real policy change between Republican and Democrat presidential candidates while they just continue the administrations policies from 4 years prior. I blame this on lobby-ism since obviously they both have in majority the same top contributors. You better believe they get what they want no matter who wins!
As explained in "Behind the Green Mask " By Rosa Kiore "(PCSD) was made of cabinet level government officials, captains of industry (including Ken Lay of Enron), and non profit groups such as the Sierra Club. One of the first tasks of the PCSD was to give a multi million dollar grant to the American Planning Associate to design a legislative guide book in every city, county and state in the United States to implement Agenda 21."
A non government organization called the International Council of Local Initiatives ICLEI, is responsible for getting this going in over 600 United states cities and towns.
So, How does it affect me?
No matter where you live in the United States I bet there have been hundreds of condos built or planned in the center of your town all of a sudden. You can look at Milwaukee's Smart Growth Plan here. That is part of the 'Smart Growth' development strategy the last Ten years. Ground floor retail with 2-3 floors above for living. Your commercial, residential and industrial zones have be rezoned as mixed use. Very hard to finance for construction and very difficult to manage.
Most of our towns are providing funding and or infrastructure development for these private projects. They use REDEVLOPMENT AGENCY FUNDS. Your money and more specifically your property taxes. You will probably notice in your city that it has very little in general funds. They are low and most of that will go to pay for police and fire departments. Your streetlights may be getting turned off, your roads pot holed, local parks torn apart, your local county hospitals may even be closing. The money that should have been used for these things have been re-directed to redevelopment.
With redevelopment cities have the right to take property by eminent domain--against the will of the property owner and give it and give it or sell it to a private developer. By declaring an area of town 'blighted' (Some cities have over 90% declared blighted) the property taxes in that area then are diverted away from the General Fund. This constriction of General Funds is impoverishing cities, forcing them to offer less and less services and reducing your standard of living. They'll be telling us that its better, however, since they've put in nice street lights (Tapped with video cameras and sound recorders) and colored paving downtown. The money eventually ends up handed out to the favored developers building low income housing and mixed use.
Cities have had thousands of condos in built in redevelopment areas and are now telling you that you are terrible for wanting your own yard, for wanting privacy, for not wanting to be dictated. They are trying to regulate you our of rural America and force you into the city. Be prepared! If you question Agenda 21 people will suggest you hate the planet.
Rural property is being more and more restricted as far as what uses can be on it. Although counties say they want agriculture uses, eating locally produced foods, farmers markets, etc. In fact there are so many restrictions on water that farmers are losing their lands altogether. County roads are not being repaved. The push is to get people off the land into the city and become more dependent.
For the the record. The Government owning land is unconstitutional. This plan is a whole life plan. Like a frog in cold water slowly being brought to a boil. It involves the educational system, the health care system, food production, and more. It is a plan to inventory and control all of our natural resources , means of production, and all human life on the planet. The scary thing is its real. What can you do? You can throw away your TV and stick your nose in a book.
