John Manke is an active former Bay View resident who is involved in numerous neighborhood organizations, including the Bay View Historical Society, the Humboldt Park Fourth of July Association and the Shore Shore Farmers Market. He believes Bay View has a fine tradition in its past that we do not want to lose in the future.

This is the day when our hearts turn to our beloved. We wish for all to have a happy Valentine's Day. Send flowers and candy to your loved one. Take the time to tell them that you love them, now and always. This is a time for two hearts to become as one. Have a happy St. Valentine's Day everyone.
