It seams that we are caught between two jet streams. When the northern jet stream dominates, we get colder weather and some snow. When the southern jet stream dominates, we get warmer weather and some rain. When the two jet streams merge, Lord have mercy. This is when we get the worst weather with unpredictable results. We are unable to control the weather. Therefore we must adjust to its varying patterns. If we are lucky, maybe the northern jet stream will move back up north and we can have some warm pleasant weather. Until this happens, we must just ride the merry-go-round of weather. Hopefully spring will soon be here.
