We are now on the verge of celebrating Easter. On Holy Week, we go to Maundy Thursday services and Good Friday services. On Sunday, we celebrate Easter. During Holy Week we must prepare for Easter. We most likely will have family of friends over or will go out to eat at a restaurant. Make sure that you have enough food for guests. Kielbasa in the morning with eggs are a good start. Ham makes for an excellent meat course for Easter. Choose your vegetables and serve boiled eggs. Make sure your children do not eat too much candy in the morning. Hoid off on Easter baskets for the children until after church. Today is good day to get in touch with your family members that you do not normally visit during the year. This is a family occasion, so relax and talk to your family and friends during the day. I hope that you and your family have a very happy Easter.
