Milwaukee, Wis (April 10, 2014) - Wednesday morning Cudahy Alderman Justin Moralez announced his candidacy to challenge incumbent Democrat Christine Sinicki for the 20th District assembly seat. With his experience in working in the private sector and as an alderman, Moralez believes he can represent the district with effective leadership and a new level of respect.
Justin wants the hard working people of the 20th and Wisconsin as a whole to come home with more money in their pockets and less going to taxes. Education reform is a top priority as well, understanding that the future of our state depends on our children receiving the best education possible; it also means trusting parents to know what outlet of education is best for their kids. Justin is not in this race for personal gain but rather a calling to serve with the mission of building for the future.
The saying goes that actions speak louder than words. Alderman Moralez has served his district in Cudahy with great passion to help people have more prosperous livelihoods.
Moralez said, “It has been my honor to serve the people of Cudahy and together we have already accomplished much. Inspired by our successes and eager to build on them, I am aware that there is more work to be done. I intend to bring the same dedication and vigor I bring to my district, to the Assembly.” Alderman Moralez has already done a lot for Cudahy, and now its time that the whole district gets the same type of leadership and dedication.
When asked how he felt after announcing his campaign Moralez said, “I am excited to meet the great people of the 20th district, and sit down and talk about what I plan to bring to the table. But more importantly I want to hear directly from the residents what matters most to them, because if I’m sent to Madison I wont be legislating off of my own personal feelings, but rather what the needs are of those I represent.” Its time to get to work its time to build for the future, which is why you can EXPECT MORE from Justin Moralez.
