FUN, Nu Jazz, Ultra-Funk Duo, will perform shortly afterwards. We have the best famers market in the City of Milwaukee. There are over 40 vendors to serve you. Fresh corn and cantelopes are available. Organic beef on the grill is there. Onions, potatoes, kohl-rabi, carrots, beans, peas, lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, brocolli and cauliflower, and many other good items are there. Homemade candy, crepes, honey, frozen chickens and eggs, egg rolls and bubble tea, are also there. Wher else can you find a picnic table (early in the morning) and be able to go to three bakeries and two coffee shops. Come early and stay until noon. The South Shore Farmers' Market is open from 8 am to 12 noon on every Saturday until October 11th and is located at South Shore Park, 2900 S. Shore Drive in Bay View. Y'all come and relax with us, and while you are at it, purchase some fine items from the market.
On National Day Out, we invite the local schools and non-profits to set up tables at the market. There will be a lot of material for you to find here.
