This information comes from Stephanie Harling of the Bay View Neighborhood Association:
WINTER FUN IN BAY VIEW, SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2009
1:00 - 4:00 P.M. AT SOUTH SHORE PARK PAVILION
To: Neighborhood Organizations, Non-Profits and Public Service Providers
We look forward to spending the 7th Annual Winter Fun in Bay View with you. Last year's event was a tremendous success with the newly added Chili Cook Off ! Over 300 neighbors beat the winter with steaming bowls of chili and good conversation.
As some of you recall, we invite Bay View neighbors to spend the afternoon learning what Bay View has to offer including: a Chili Cook Off, community information, family activities and entertainment.
The layout of the event will be similar to last year with two organizations sharing a table. Feel free to bring informational brochures, posters, a banner and give-aways. Chairs and tables are provided, but table space is limited to about 3 feet of space per organization.
Please confirm your participation. If you have not confirmed your participation and would like to please call Stephanie Harling @ 414-238-5731 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We would like to have flyers printed and distributed to the community by February 2, 2009. Please reply to this invite by January 27, 2009. email@example.com or 414-238-5731.
