I wish a happy St. Patrick's Day to you all. Today is the time for corned beef and cabbage. You can't forget the green beer. It is good day to dance and have a good time. We can't forget our Irish and Scotish friends. The Irish came to our country during a severe potato famine. They have served in distinction in military service, political service, and many other ways. They are and were very independent people. They have fought hard to get where they are now. They have a right to be proud. In the past and present times, they have made a good name for themselves. So today, take a little time and celebrate with them their St. Patrick's Day holiday. Please do not wake up with a hangover the next day. Celebrate with limits on the amount you drink to be social. Honor our Irish and Scotish friends.
