John Manke is an active former Bay View resident who is involved in numerous neighborhood organizations, including the Bay View Historical Society, the Humboldt Park Fourth of July Association and the Shore Shore Farmers Market. He believes Bay View has a fine tradition in its past that we do not want to lose in the future.
On Sunday, March 29, 2009, we are having "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" at the Beulah Brinton Community Center. The location is 2555 S. Bay Street. The time of the event is from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon.
The cost is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Children 2 and under are free. The pancakes are all you can eat.
Breakfast includes: Pancakes, Sausages and Applesauce. There will be a choice of beverage: Orange juice, Coffee or Milk.
Pictures with the Easter Bunny will be available for $2.50.
There will be free games for the children to play. Free grab bags will be available for the children.
