Two organizations claiming to be from Prime Financial City Wide and First Service Credit Union are calling members requesting their debit card number. One is claiming the member’s debit card is blocked and requests to enter the debit card number to unblock it. The other is an automated message stating the member’s debit card is deactivated and requests to enter the debit card number to reactivate the card. If you received either of these phone calls, do NOT enter your debit card number and hang-up the phone. Prime Financial Credit Union will NEVER contact you to retrieve your account or debit card numbers
This is a SCAM, please contact the Credit Union immediately at 414.486.4500 or 800.835.9680. Thank you for your cooperation!
