Emma Zale
Emma Zale (nee Sedlak), formerly of Cudahy, died March 14, 2009, at age 94.
She was born July 4, 1914, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and grew up in Detroit. She graduated from Northeastern High School. She was a homemaker active in community classes and volunteer work.
She is survived by her children, Pat and Matthew (Linda); grandchildren, Laura, Justin, Grant and Carlos; six great-grandchildren; brother, Matthew (Carol) Sedlak; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, August (Gus).
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 27, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 3774 Underwood, Cudahy. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at Divine Mercy Church, 695 College Ave., South Milwaukee.
