Gertrude R. Hecker
Gertrude R. "Gert" Hecker (nee Wojtalewicz) of Cudahy died March 8, 2009, at age 92.
She was a past member of the St. Frederick's Christian Mother's Society.
She is survived by her children, Jerry (Sandy) Hecker and Helen (Robert Jr.) Buerger; grandchildren, Ken (Allison) Hecker, Kyle Hecker, Kris (Kristy) Hecker, Robert Jr. (Trina) Buerger and Theri (Lance) Wasniewski; great-grandchildren, Caden, Ryan, Joshua, Andrew, Gina, Anthony and Arlie; sister, Anna (the late Jack) Broekema; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick J. Hecker.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated March 14 at Nativity of the Lord, Cudahy. Entombment was at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested.
