Barbara J. Schambureck
Barbara J. Schambureck of South Milwaukee died April 17, 2009, at age 67.
She was born in South Milwaukee, the daughter of the late Roman and the late Charlotte Marks. She married Donald at St. Mary's Church in South Milwaukee, and they enjoyed 45 years of marriage.
She devoted her life to being a stay-at-home mom and was well known for her bakery and homemade jam.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; daughters, Sharon Tabat, Mary Kay Schambureck and Lori (Neil) Swendrowski; grandchildren, Eric and Rachel; brothers and sisters, Richard (Char) Marks, Shirley (John) Bellesbach and Kathleen Marks; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerome; granddaughter, Ashley; and father- and mother-in-law, John and Daisy Schambureck.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated April 21 at Divine Mercy Church, South Milwaukee. Interment was at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to For Cat's Sake.
