Edward Matthew Michalczyk
Edward Matthew Michalczyk of Cudahy died April 25, 2009, at age 84.
He retired from Ladish Co. after 38 years as an expediter. He was a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Betty (nee Zahn-Steinhoff); children, Bonny (Joe) Krenz, Betsy (the late Leon) Ignasiak, Michael Michalczyk, Robert Steinhoff, Helen (the late Dave) Hendrix, Dianne (Tony) Caliva, Susan (Marc) Connelly, Barry (Kathy) Steinhoff, Linda (Dave) Bieneck, Timothy (Kelly) Steinhoff, James Steinhoff and Mary (James) Nakielski; 38 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his children, Edward Steinhoff, Margaret and Daniel Steinhoff.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated April 30 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Cudahy. Burial was at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
The family thanks the staff at Vince Lombardi Clinic at St. Luke's South Shore.
Schramka-Nero Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
