A 23-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for taking a magnetic pickup tool and for damaging property within the store at AutoZone, 5656 S. Packard Ave., at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 29. During his arrest, a pen tube with white powdery residue was found in his pants pocket and he was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two marine batteries and four dead car batteries were taken from a yard in the 3600 block of East Barnard Avenue before 11:16 a.m. Sept. 30. Loss is estimated at $420.
A purse containing $100, a driver's license, Social Security card and various discount cards was stolen from a locker at the YMCA, 3244 E. College Ave., before 12:40 p.m. Oct. 1. Loss is estimated at $130.
A battery was taken from an RV camper in the 3700 block of East Armour Avenue before 5 p.m. Oct. 1. Loss is estimated at $100.
A Kia Sportage, a GPS unit and laptop computer were taken from the 3500 block of East Barnard Avenue on Oct. 2. Loss is estimated at $4,500.
A 19-year-old Cudahy man was cited for disorderly conduct, battery, vandalism and underage drinking in the 3700 block of East Layton Ave., about 11:50 p.m. Oct. 2.
A 52-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for possession of marijuana in the 3700 block of East Layton Avenue as he was being searched after being arrested on a warrant Oct. 4.
A 34-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for disorderly conduct and vandalism for damaging a 46-year-old Racine man's vehicle in the parking lot at Packard Plaza, 5656 S. Packard Ave., about 4:50 p.m. Sept. 28. The 46-year-old was cited for disorderly conduct.
A 29-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and not having insurance in the 4300 block of South Kinnickinnic Ave., about 11:30 a.m. Oct. 1.
A 53-year-old Cudahy man was cited for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at CVS Pharmacy, 5740 S. Packard Ave., at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 1.
A 42-year-old St. Francis woman was cited with disorderly conduct and having open intoxicants on a public street in the 4700 block of South Packard Avenue about 8 p.m. Oct. 1. When police responded to reported disturbance, they found the woman brandishing a metal object in a threatening manner against a man. She refused to put the object down when ordered to by police.
A 15-year-old Cudahy boy was cited for shooting an Airsoft gun outside Cudahy Veterinary Clinic, 6242 S. Packard Ave., about 6 p.m. Oct. 3.
There were no reports of major crimes or arrests released for the past week.
A warehouse in the 1200 block of Minnesota Avenue was entered by someone illegally between 6:30 and 8 a.m. Sept. 29.
A neighbor called police to report two men entering an adjacent garage in the 1300 block of College Avenue about 2 p.m. Sept. 29 and removing items.
Musical instruments were reported stolen from a garage in the 200 block of Marshall Avenue about 4:40 p.m. Oct. 10.
A bicycle was reported stolen from Pick 'n Save, 2931 S. Chicago Ave., about 2:20 p.m. Sept. 29.

Kids were seen throwing eggs at passing cars near Badger Avenue and Brookdale Drive about 7:45 p.m. Oct. 1.
A vehicle was reported to be egged in the 700 block of Minnesota Avenue about 9 p.m. Oct. 1.
A female employee at Griddler's Café, 211 N. Chicago Ave., called police to report that a new employee of the restaurant had given her a bear hug Oct. 2, and that the force of the hug caused one of her ribs to break. The rib appears to have been broken accidentally.
