On Saturday, April 21st, the Academy of Classical Ballet will be holding a placement audition for summer dance classes and their upcoming 2012-2013 dance year.Previous dance experience is not required. ACB's enrollment audition is a chance for students to be evaluated in a non-competitive environment for spots in the Academy's classes.
The Academy of Classical Ballet is known for it's conciencious approach to dance training. Professional training is given in a nurturing environment, where students of all levels are given the highest quality dance training. The Academy of Classical Ballet does not discriminate between students who wish to become professional dancers and those who do not. ACB believes that all students deserve the very best training possible. Along with traditional dance classes, ACB offers their students exclusive extras from academic content to special dance workshops. Students enrolled at ACB receive a well-rounded and fun dance education of which they and their parents can be proud.
The April 21st audition is for children between the ages of six and fourteen, who wish to be accepted into into ACB's classical ballet program. Auditioners will be looking for students who demonstrate an aptitude and a desire for dance, a positive attitude, musicality, and physical attributes needed for the safe study of classical ballet. Prior dance experience is not required.
