Snap Fitness Bay View and Menomonee Falls Announce Moves to New, Expanded Locations

Sept. 13, 2012

The owners of Snap Fitness Bay View and Snap Fitness Menomonee Falls announce the centers’ moves to new, larger locations. In expanding the size of both locations, the 24/7 fitness centers offer expanded workout areas complete with an even wider array of state-of-the-art cardio and weight-training equipment, and a Fitness On Demand room where around-the-clock fitness classes are available at no additional charge – the first of its kind in the areas.

Driven by member demand and the owners’ ongoing commitment to offering a wide range of health and wellness amenities, the expansion of Snap Fitness Bay View also includes message therapy featuring Jessica Dragan who specializes in sports massage.

The new Snap Fitness Bay View is located at 2450 South Kinnickinnic Avenue, just north of its former location. While sufficient street parking is available, Snap Fitness also provides designated free parking spaces for its members. The re-opening celebration on September 24 will feature give-aways for the first 50 people to join, a drawing for existing members, chair massages, food and entertainment. Snap Fitness Menomonee Falls, located at N72 W13400 Lund Lane, will host a similar re-opening celebration on October 1.

Locally-owned and operated, the expansion of Snap Fitness Bay View and Menomonee Falls centers reflects the owners’ ongoing dedication to bringing the highest quality workout experience to the area. “Dramatically increasing the size of our facilities and continuing to expand the depth and breadth of our cardio and weight training equipment, fitness classes, personal training and spa services exemplifies our commitment to ensuring our members have the optimal health and wellness experience,” says co-owner, Carrie Steinberger. Snap Fitness Bay View and Snap Fitness Menomonee Falls feature Cybex cardio (all with their own personal cable televisions) and weight training machines along with free weights, TRX and other state-of-the-art equipment.

“We’re excited to also be offering our members the area’s only 24/7 Fitness on Demand room,” adds Jill Zimmerman, co-owner. “The new simulated live class function offered through Fitness on Demand will allow members to feel as though there is a real instructor in front of them. It’s the easiest, most efficient and most convenient way to offer around-the-clock group classes.”

Snap Fitness provides its members with workouts that are convenient, fast, and affordable. Unlike big box health clubs, one does not have to sign an annual contract at Snap Fitness; memberships are on a month-to-month basis, and members are able to use any of the over 1200 Snap Fitness facilities worldwide. Unlimited tanning is also an option for a small add-on.

"My husband and I have been members of Snap Fitness Bay View since shortly after it opened in its former location and value the hospitality of the owners, the availability of the trainer, the top notch equipment and regular maintenance, and the 24/7 access with secure entrance and monitors,” says Linda Peterson, a resident of Bay View. “The new location with its spacious and luxurious surroundings will only enhance our already satisfied experience."

In addition to state-of-the-art equipment and Fitness On Demand, members of Snap Fitness Bay View and Snap Fitness Menomonee Falls receive:
➢ A complimentary ($100 value) consultation with an on-site personal trainer
➢ A free consultation and class with the small group training director
➢ A Personal Web page through which members track visits to the club, daily workouts, and maintain a record of their results
➢ FitScore evaluation of strength, flexibility and cardio condition
➢ Basic 8 Personal Training – total-body, 30-minute workout plan

The new Snap Fitness Bay View and Snap Fitness Menomonee Falls centers will provide members with a 30-day risk-free guarantee. Members can also "freeze" their memberships (or place them on hold) at any time, and free months of membership can be earned by simply referring new members. Steinberger and Zimmerman also own Snap Fitness locations in Colgate, Downtown Milwaukee in the Historic Third Ward, Milwaukee’s East Side and West Bend.
