An Evening with the Stars

at the Bradley Center

Beginning at 6:00 PM on Friday July 16, the Allen Bradley Center will be the site for “An Evening with the Stars-Fulfilling the Dream Gala” - an annual charitable event that benefits St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care. Individual tickets are $80 with the proceeds from this benefit will support the needs of the underserved of the greater Milwaukee area, especially through its “Adopt-A-Life” program.

Guests will enjoy an elegant evening featuring champagne, sumptuous food, creative auction items and music with the stars. The food will be prepared by Levy Restaurants, and the attractive auction items include a Saddlebrook Arizona luxury vacation, 3-night round trip (air and hotel) vacation in Cancun, Milwaukee Bucks suite for nine people, and fighter pilot for a day (personal training and flying).

The evening’s entertainment also will include live impersonations and a medley of music of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley.

The Chairpersons for this event are Craig and Susie Nevins, and Dave and Carol Nevins Cannon. The couples have hosted this event annually to honor the work of their mother Florence Nevins and to benefit St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care.

St. Ann Center provides wellness and day services for children, frail elderly and people with disabilities in a unique program that is under one roof and interactive. Many of its wellness services include warm-water pool, hair and nail salon, massage therapy, and outpatient rehabilitation, all designed to keep the client active and at home, to avoid premature institutionalization.

The center, under the leadership of Sr. Edna Lonergan, OSF, and sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, is located at 2801 East Morgan Avenue in the Bay View/St. Francis area. The July 16th event will be held at the Bradley Center with free parking.

The public is invited to attend the event. Please contact Kathryn O’Dell at (414) 977-5057.
